Description

The only regularly triple headed trains on BR at one time were the Port Talbot to Llanwern ore trains.
This was taken at Cardiff in March 1977 with one such train passing through with 37303/ 37308 and 37241 in charge.Later double headed Class 56 locos took over but now I think they are a thing of the past with the run down of the British steel industry.
