Schaarbeek, 22-04-2006 : this maintenance vehicle, ES 401, was originally a DMU of SNCB class 43. After its withdrawal, several DMU's of class 43 have been transformed in maintenance units for electric wiring. Some of them received a new Caterpiller dieselmotor.
