Szrewniawa is a village 13 km (8miles) south-west of the regional capital Poznań. The village has a population of 810, and is the site of an open-air agricultural museum, the National Museum of Agriculture in Szrewniawa, which also administers five branch museums in the Poznań area.
Our tour group stopped here to stretch our legs while travelling by coach from Wolsztyn to Znin on 1 October 2015 – unfortunately no trains came past while we were there. It is however a good example of a Polish country station.
