Built in 1979 (Works No 8819) for the National Coal Board for surface use at the Nantgarw Colliery in South Wales.
Following the closure of the colliery it was preserved and and was a short time displayed at the Hatton Country World visitor attraction south of Birmingham.
It was acquired by the Statfold Barn Railway (SBR) and was regauged from 3 feet to 2 feet and the original Ford engine was replaced.
The Image was taken at the SBR, Staffordshire, England in September 2016.
