2/1/2013. Teignmouth - UK
As you can see the land slip is an ongoing problem. It is still slipping. There is a worrying crack along the top of the grass bank to the left of the new gorge.
Come nightime the engineers take possession of the up line and load a train with what is effecively slurry. I reckon probably another 1000 - 1500 tonnes yet to fall. The question is do you wait for nature or try to bring it down?
Up speed limit is 20mph and down 50mph.
