"Little Jumbo" 2-8-0, originally classified K5 and reclassified Tk3 in 1942, these were the most numerous steam locomotive class in Finland with 161 built. 100 locomotives were constructed between 1927 and 1935, with a further 61 ordered and constructed 1943 - 1953. Should be dark green with a black smokebox. The first 100 were built by the Tampella and Lokomo Finnish companies, and they were joined by Frichs of Denmark to produce the remainder, including no. 1163, shown in the photograph.

Hello Veikko! I was in Finland a couple of years ago and bought an excellent book, "Höyryä suomalaisilla kiskoilla" ("Steam on Finnish rails") which is now part of my home reference library. That's where my information came from.
